Vance Dawson : President & Chief Marketing Officer

Vance started as an estimator for a fire restoration company, then IA and on to GA. He has held many certifications and resident/non-resident licenses. He has been a CAT team supervisor, an examiner and an adjusting mentor. He has started an IA firm (Varsity Claims), a satellite sketch company (Ridge Top) and purchased another IA firm (ACME), along the way before selling his interest in all three.

Chris Burge : Senior Vice President of Technology and AI

Chris Burge leads technology innovation at ACT Claims Technologies, repositioning the company from service provider to strategic partner in the insurance claims industry. With over 25 years turning emerging technologies into business growth, he leverages ACT's proprietary intelligent automation to help insurance carriers and claims professionals fundamentally improve operations. His initiatives enable adjusters to handle higher volumes with greater accuracy while delivering faster, more consistent experiences in both routine and catastrophic scenarios. Under his leadership, ACT is reducing claims cycle times, lowering loss adjustment expenses, and improving settlement quality when speed matters most.
