Vance Dawson : President & Chief Marketing Officer

Vance started as an estimator for a fire restoration company, then IA and on to GA. He has held many certifications and resident/non-resident licenses. He has been a CAT team supervisor, an examiner and an adjusting mentor. He has started an IA firm (Varsity Claims), a satellite sketch company (Ridge Top) and purchased another IA firm (ACME), along the way before selling his interest in all three.

Sean Rogers : Vice President Business Development/Client Relations

Sean started as a partner in a local Kansas City area roofing company before moving into the insurance sector. He has worked as an IA, GA, EGA and Umpire. He has also held many state licenses, carrier/industry certifications and is Currently Xactimate Level 3 Certified. Sean has worked in management serving as, Team Lead, Field Trainer, File Review, Field Manager and Client Manager. During his time in management he has helped oversee, coordinate and help implement responses to some of the biggest catastrophic events in the last 20 years.

Steve Bachman : VP of Technology/Innovation

Steve has 35+ years as CEO, COO, VP Corporate Strategy, and VP Sales of fast growth products and services organizations. Steve is an advisor to Image-Analyzer, an image analytics technology company, an advisor to PhotoIDApp.net, a photo capture platform to simplify the property inspection process, and 2020 president and director of the Atlanta Innovation Forum.org. In his free time, Steve is a Techstars mentor and mentor at Ga Tech Advanced Technology Development Center.
